A healthy smoothie recipe is an excellent way of meeting your five-a-day fruit and vegetable diet quota. While smoothies are no substitute for eating fresh fruit and vegetables, they never the less offer a practical and convenient way of getting more fruit and fibre into your diet. They are delicious too. Because most smoothies are made with frozen fruit, a good tip is to harvest or buy in season when fruit is plentiful and freeze. Here are 4 delicious healthy smoothie recipe you can make. Do experiment with different fruit varieties and you may well find you come up with a gem of your own. Do remember to remove stones and seeds from all fruit prior to freezing or blending.
Place yogurt into blender, followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency

Blend strawberries, banana and peaches to a smooth consistency then add mango juice, follwed by the ice and blend to the consistency you want
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve
