It is so easy to train your focus on one particular fitness health womens area of your life, at the expense of another. Are you one
of many women whose perception of fitness health is purely in the context of the physical exercise and activities you undertake

When your confidence is dented, make no mistake - so is your Self-Esteem. The level of your self-
esteem correlates directly with your emotional health and fitness. So for instance, instead of dressing or presenting yourself in ways that make you feel good about yourself, you dress to camouflage what you perceive are your negative or
undesirable characteristics or features.
This is not to say there is anything wrong in trying to improve or enhance any aspect of yourself with which you are
less than happy with. What I am saying, is that using clothing or other means purely to hide yourself behind, means
this fitness health womens area of your life is on a slippery, downward slope. Unless you deal with this issue, it spirals out of control, thus impacting on your other womens fitness health areas. With your self esteem affected, the next logical area to be affected may well be your diet and nutrition health.

From time to time, many women will experience dis-satisfaction over their diet, weight or food nutrition. This is usually short-lived, since for some, it is a matter of making some necessary changes or adjustments. For example, adopting a healthier diet, or starting a weight loss program or even taking up weight loss exercise. However, in some instances
the level of dis-satisfaction can be such that it arouses very
strong emotions in some women. For example, feelings of being fat and unattractive, or feelings of inadequacy or even self-loathing.
Experiencing such a state will undoubtedly affect your health womens fitness and nutrition area. While some women
will become deeply affected and may resort to comfort eating, other women may neglect adequate intake of Food Nutrition, leading to further implications for womens physical fitness health.

Physical fitness does not only relate to carrying out regular
exercise to stay in shape. It is also about the absence of many physical health conditions and stress-induced ailments
that can be brought on by poor nutrition, over-eating (for comfort), lack of sleep, worry, fear, headaches, lethargy,

As you can clearly see, what starts out as a health/beauty body image issue, can simply spiral out of control. This in turn
can have a significant and detrimental impact on three other key health fitness areas of your life.
While the above example focused on the beauty fitness health womens
area, this can be true of any of the other three areas - the same principle applies.
The moral of the story is, if you recognise that one of your health womens fitness areas is out of sync, nip it in the bud by applying some TLC (tender loving care), before it mushroom out of control. This is the safest way to ensure you maintain a healthy balance across all areas of your life.
